Shipping Costs & Returns Policy

Shipping Costs:

Ireland(including Northern Ireland):

€5 Shipping Charge on all orders.

Great Britain:

€10 Shipping Charge on all orders.

*We may request proof of Identification with on line or over the phone purchases. Driver's licence or utility bill with proof of address is acceptable.

 

Collect In Store:

You can purchase online and collect your item in store if you want to avoid paying shipping charges. Simply select "Collect In Store" in the Shipping Method box at the Checkout.

Returns Policy:

If for some reason you need to return your item, please contact a staff member of Picket Fence to receive your returns number, and ensure it is returned in saleable condition to the Shop within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned with tags intact and a valid receipt. We cannot guarantee return of an item so please ensure you send it via courier or tracked post. Please note that Sale Items can not be returned or exchanged as they have been reduced in price for this reason.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Picket Fence Boutique, Unit 6 Supple House, Main Street, Dunshaughlin, County Meath.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
